Saints set for Gills tie
Southampton will face a trip to Gillingham in the Carabao Cup first round.
The Gills finished 17th in League Two last season, but are among the early favourites to win promotion in 2023/24.
Saints, who reached the Carabao Cup semi-finals last season, last met the Gills in 2010 when both sides were in League One.
The tie will take place in the week commencing August 7th, with an exact date and kick-off time to be confirmed in due course, along with ticket information.
