Saints are back at St Mary's on Tuesday night

WHAT’S AT STAKE?

A trip to Premier League leaders Liverpool awaits the winner in the fifth round.

Saints will also want to keep their impressive unbeaten run going, currently at 23 games without defeat in all competitions. Meanwhile, Watford will want a return to winning ways after going three games without victory in the league.

TEAM NEWS

With Russell Martin likely to shuffle his pack, loanee David Brooks is cup tied so is unable to make his home debut.

Sam Edozie made his return to the matchday squad at Rotherham and could mark his return from injury on the pitch on Tuesday, although the game will come too soon for Kamaldeen Sulemana and James Bree.

THE MANAGERS

Matt Gill: "We see the lads in training every day and try to keep the whole squad happy. The lads are in a good place and the more players we have in a good place the better, that will be a factor when we pick the team."

Valérien Ismaël: To follow.
