Southampton Football Club is committed to providing an outstanding service to all fans and visitors. We have a dedicated Supporter Relations Team who are often the best first port of call for questions, feedback, requests and information.
We welcome feedback as an opportunity to encourage excellence, and contact is dealt with efficiently and with the co-operation of all staff and departments. Our aim is to engage positively with fans in a variety of different ways, to listen and to strengthen the relationship between supporters and the Club.
We aim to provide an initial response to all contact received within 1-2 working days wherever possible, and take a proactive approach to issues needing a resolution. Wherever possible, we try to contact the customer by telephone to discuss the issue in detail and to provide a more personal service.
