Information we collect about you (Client)
Our lawful basis for using the information provided in this form (which will include your name, contact details, date of birth and qualifications) is legitimate interests. This means that we have a fair reason to use this information (to enable us to arrange employability and learning courses and programmes for you) and our use of the information is not unfair to you.
Information we collect about you (Referrer)
Our lawful basis for using the information provided in this form (including your name, contact details and the agency you work for) is legitimate interest. This means that we have a justifiable reason to use the information (to organise employability and learning courses for the client and allow us to work together to support them) and our use is not unfair to you.
How long do we keep your information?
We will not keep your information in a form that allows us to identify you for any longer than we need it.
Do we share your information?
The information provided in this form will be received by Saints Foundation and Southampton Football Club (who provide administrative, technical and other support to Saints Foundation). Some of your information will also be shared with St Mary’s Training Centre (who are part of St Mary’s Football Group alongside Southampton Football Club) so that they can organise and deliver some of our training and education courses.
Your information will also be shared with the companies that run certain systems and websites we use (for example Substance and Sitecore). As your information will be stored on these systems, the people that run them may have access to your information, however our agreements with them mean that they are only allowed to do this where we ask them to or to fix a problem with the system.
Outside of these situations, we will not share your information in a form that would allow you to be identified without discussing this with you first.
Your rights- It is important that you are aware of your rights in respect of your personal information. You have the right to find out what information we hold about you, to correct, delete and restrict this, to object to certain uses of this and, where our use is based on consent to withdraw consent.
