Casual Ticket Office Assistant

We are looking for Casual Ticket Office Assistants who are presentable, reliable and have a passion for delivering exceptional service to our customers. The Ticket Office can serve a large number of supporters every day, including weekends; and it is essential they are delivered the standard of service we are expected to provide.
You could be part of the casual workforce that provide additional support and cover to our current staffing levels during busy periods; as well as covering any absence on an ad-hoc basis. It will involve providing an extremely high standard of customer service both face to face and over the telephone, as well as dealing with customer queries and enquires in a friendly and professional manner.
The main duties of the role will be to sell Match Day and Season tickets through our ticketing system. You will be a face of the Club at the Ticket window and will be tasked with giving our supporters the best level of service.
We are looking for candidates who are available to work specifically Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and available to cover weekend shifts (9.30am until 4pm) where required, along with match days.

• Experience of cash handling is essential
• Excellent Customer service skills and relevant experience
• GCSE A-C Mathematics and English or equivalent
• Excellent numeracy skills and a keen eye for detail
• Good interpersonal skills – must be a consistent team performer.
• Trustworthy, reliable and highly focused.
• Excellent organisational qualities.
• Able to work on own initiative.
• Excellent telephone manner.
• Well presented at all times
• Good IT Skills – Microsoft Office basics are essential.
