Join the hunt to win a Bitcoin
The hunt is on! Southampton Football Club has teamed up with Main Club Partner Sprotsbet.io to give one lucky fan a Bitcoin which has been worth between £25k–35k in 2022 – find out how you could be taking part in our Grand Final, live at St Mary's.
Over the coming months, supporters can search out clues to enter the Bitcoin Hunt with multiple chances to take part across three rounds.
Ten finalists will then be selected to take part in the Grand Final, taking place live on the St Mary’s pitch at our home fixture against Crystal Palace. Here’s how you can enter…
Round One – Find the QR codes
Search high and low around Southampton with a series of QR codes placed at hotspots throughout the city and at St Mary’s.
Scan a QR code to enter and receive a special message from a Saints legend, with limited edition branded cards that will be dotted around the city to collect too!
Round Two – Solve the puzzle
Get your thinking cap on with a fiendish blockchain-style puzzle to solve, launching week commencing Monday 14th March.
What’s involved? Figure out the clues involving some of your favourite Saints kits from previous seasons. More connections mean more points. Score 35,000 points or more to earn a shot at reaching the final.
Round Three – Scan social media
Keep your eyes peeled with Bitcoins hidden across Southampton’s social media throughout the week commencing Monday 4th April.
Simply find the Bitcoin and submit your answer with a new chance to enter each day!
Grand Final – Live at St Mary’s
Ten lucky finalists will take part in the Grand Final live at half-time of our fixture against Crystal Palace – three from each round with an extra finalist selected at random from all entrants.
The champion will be crowned in front of a packed St Mary’s, taking home the grand prize of a Bitcoin. Take part in the Bitcoin Hunt and it could be you!
