Vestergaard completes Leicester move

The 29-year-old centre back, who was entering the final year of his contract at St Mary’s, departs after three seasons on the south coast.

Vestergaard was signed in 2018 from Borussia Mönchengladbach, going on to make 79 appearances for Saints, while contributing four goals.

The club would like to wish Jannik well for the future and thank him for his efforts during his time as a Southampton player.
