Boufal up for PL Goal of the Month

Sofiane Boufal has been nominated for the Premier League's Goal of the Month award for October.

The Saints playmaker has been shortlisted for his incredible solo goal in Southampton's 1-0 home victory over West Bromwich Albion.

Boufal ran three-quarters of the St Mary's pitch, going past a number of West Brom players before finishing brilliantly into the bottom corner from the edge of the area.

The strike has already claimed the club's Sure Goal of the Month prize for October, and is now up for the league-wide award.
