Loan Watch: Olomola continues fine Yeovil form

Olufela Olomola continued his fine form for loan club Yeovil Town as they recorded a 2-0 victory over Coventry City in League Two.

The Glovers made it back-to-back home wins at Huish Park, with Rhys Browne giving them a first-half lead.

And Olomola was on target for his fourth goal in five games to seal all three points when his burst forward ended with his firing the ball across the keeper.

Elsewhere, Sam Gallagher was handed his debut for Birmingham City as they lost 2-0 to Reading in the Championship.

The striker played the duration as second-half goals from Jon Dadi Bodvarsson and George Evans saw the Royals claim all three points.

Harrison Reed was also on the losing side as Norwich City went down 4-0 to Millwall at the New Den.

Reed played 49 minutes before being replaced by attacking midfielder Marco Stiepermann.

In League One, Ryan Seager suffered defeat with MK Dons as they lost 4-1 to Blackburn Rovers at Ewood Park.

Seager, who scored his first goal for the Dons in the League Cup against Swansea, played 77 minutes before being replaced by Sam Nombe.

North of the border, Harry Lewis fell to defeat for the first time this season as Dundee United lost 3-0 at St Mirren.

Lewis Morgan struck twice, before Ian McShane’s first St Mirren goal sealed the win, with Dundee United slipping to fourth.
