Ryan Seager netted his first goal for loan club MK Dons as they bowed out of the Carabao Cup, losing 4-1 to Premier League Swansea City.
Seager opened the scoring on 17 minutes when he finished well from 15 yards after being teed up by Robbie Muirhead.
But just two minutes later, Paul Clement’s side were level when Leroy Fer headed in Jay Fulton’s cross.
Fer added a second to make it 2-1, before goals from Tammy Abraham and Jordan Ayew made it more comfortable for the visitors.
Seager reflected: “For me personally, it’s good to get off the mark and relieve a bit of pressure off myself but the performance and the result wasn’t the best.
“They didn’t make many changes from the weekend so it was a top side that we played tonight.
“I think we matched them well, especially in the first-half and we pressed well. I think we can take some positives from the game.”
