Mauricio Pellegrino says he will be increasing game time for a number of his players at Brentford this afternoon.
After switching his team at half-time in the side's first pre-season game of the summer, against St Gallen last week, the Saints boss plans to leave things as they are for a longer period at Griffin Park.
"Little by little we will be increasing the minutes with the players that are working from the beginning," he said.
"Some of them, like Matt [Targett], Jan [Bednarek] and Jack [Stephens] were involved this week [after internationals], but little by little all of them are arriving and this is good news for me, because we don't have too much time.
"For the game, I will leave the majority of them for more or less 60 or 70 minutes.
"Depending on the time they have been working with us, I will change some players, but I can increase the minutes for the players that are physically better than the others."
