Halo Conferences & Events won three awards at this year's annual Stadium Events and Hospitality Awards.
The sell-out event, hosted in Liverpool's new main stand at Anfield, saw specialist events and hospitality teams from football and rugby stadia across the country come together to celebrate their off-field success.
80 football and rugby clubs were nominated for gongs throughout the evening, and Halo returned with a record-breaking number of awards.
The first of the night’s successes saw Halo win the Bronze Non-Match Day Mystery Shopper Award, as based on a mystery shopper enquiring about a non-match day event and the subsequent follow-up process that followed.
The second, the Silver Best Sales or Marketing Initiative Award, aimed to recognise the very best sales and marketing ideas created and introduced to increase sales, and relied upon creating and putting forward an extremely carefully constructed case study.
The final award saw Halo and Club Southampton awarded the Silver Matchday Hospitality Award (Medium Stadium). This category was judged independently by expert chefs and was based not only on catering but also service experience.
“We are extremely pleased to pick up these awards,” explained Halo’s Head of Sales and Event Planning, Samantha McGrath.
“To be awarded in this way is really testament to the hard work that so many people put in across the whole course of the season, and the extremely high standards of customer service that we set ourselves.
“It was an absolute pleasure to be part of the Stadium Experience awards, and we are already looking forward to next year, where we are aiming for Gold!"
