Foundation to host inaugural golf day

Saints Foundation will host its inaugural charity golf day on Wednesday 10th May 2017 at Hamptworth Golf Club.

Golfers will have the opportunity to play 18 holes with an ex Southampton FC player, while supporting the club's official charity, Saints Foundation. 

A host of former Saints are set to take part in the event, including Gordon Watson, Matt Le Tissier, Mike Earles, David Puckett, Hughie Fisher, Mark Blake, Manny Andruszewski, Paul Jones, Jim Steele, Mike Judd, Bob McCarthy, Jimmy Case, Steve Baker, Greg Llewellyn and Reuben Agboola,

Situated on the edge of the New Forest, Hamptworth enjoys some of England’s most magnificent and ancient countryside and is also home to one of only a handful of Par 6 holes in the world.

The day will commence at 8.45am, when you will be welcomed at Hamptworth with bacon rolls and refreshments, before taking part in a shotgun start at 10am. Golfers will enjoy halfway drinks and a three-course meal in the evening, followed by a raffle, auction and Q&A with the Saints legends.

There are two entry options available:

• £300 for a team of three with an Ex-Saint
• £250 for a team of four without an Ex-Saint
