Watch as players from Southampton's Under-23 squad visited YMCA Southampton to serve up their annual Christmas dinner.
The youngsters visited George Williams House, in Cranbury Place, which provides housing for young people in the heart of the city.
The players helped prepare and dish up the meals to occupants, as well as participants from Saints Foundation's Saints4Sport project, which works with adults who have faced some of life's biggest challenges, including homelessness, mental health issues or substance and alcohol misuse.
The project works with more than 400 participants every year, offering them a structured timetable of activity to help put routine and purpose back into their lives, while offering accredited outcomes, volunteering, work experience and long-term employment opportunities.
Saints Under-23s striker Ryan Seager said: "I think it's really good. We're secluded in a bubble really, and it's good to see the real world and how people are affected by all this, and it's good to see what the Foundation does for people."
