Southampton Girls’ Regional Talent Club has once again received international recognition.

Under-16s player Charlie Taylor has been called up for her first international training camp with Wales.

She will attend the national Under-17 training camp at the end of the month in preparation for fixtures with the side.

Elsewhere, Sophia Pharoah has also once again been called up to the England Under-16 set-up for their December training camp at St George’s Park.

“To continue to receive international call-up is a great achievement,” commented Head of Women’s and Girls’ Football Martina Heath.

“It’s also a great moment for Charlie as it is her first call-up for Wales since being with us.

“We are obviously delighted with the girls' success and are looking forward to seeing them both continue to learn and develop with us.”
