All Saints Day confirmed for Chelsea visit

By SFC Media Wed 12 Oct Tribute

Southampton’s Premier League game on Sunday 30th October is the club’s designated All Saints Day fixture.

Each year, the club remembers players, staff, supporters, family members and loved ones connected to the club who have passed away in the last 12 months with a designated tribute led game.

The forthcoming match against Chelsea is also significant as it falls on remembrance weekend, providing the perfect opportunity for the club to come together and show appreciation to the close lives lost in the last year.

We will be publishing short dedications in SAINTS, the club’s official Matchday Magazine for the game and invite fans to send in the names, photos and brief messages of no more than 30 words in memory of supporters and associates.

The club will also add its respects to the former players and staff that passed away this year including: Tommy Mulgrew, Tony Byrne and Roy Beazley MBE.

If you would like to include a message in the magazine for the Chelsea edition, then please email your dedication with the subject ‘All Saints Day’ to by midday on Monday 24th October.

We will include as many messages as we can, but please note that all shall be remembered during a period of silence ahead of kick-off on the day.
