Steven Davis says Southampton will head to Israel with a spring in their step this week after a sensational ten-day period.
Sunday's 3-0 win at West Ham United made it four wins on the bounce for Claude Puel's men, and they will now look to continue their scintillating form as they visit Hapoel Be'er Sheva in the UEFA Europa League on Thursday.
That precedes a trip to Premier League champions Leicester City on Sunday, and while that means two tough fixtures coming up, Davis says confidence is high ahead of them.
"It puts us in a good position now and hopefully we can go away, follow this up with a good result in Israel and then look forward to the Leicester game," he told reporters after the win at London Stadium.
"We're looking forward to it. We worked so hard to get ourselves in the Europa League and we want to go and enjoy it now.
"We've made a good start with the result against Sparta and it's important we build on that again and we want to progress through the group stages and then carry on from there."
Davis has played in Israel before, representing Northern Ireland in a World Cup qualifier in 2013, which ended in a 1-1 draw.
"Last time I was there I scored, so all being well it'll be more of the same," he added.
