Southampton Football Club is pleased to announce a global partnership with Garmin as it welcomes one of the world’s leading brands as its Official Navigation Partner and Official Fitness Device Partner.

Garmin have long been at the forefront of the navigation industry, leading the way in a multitude of sectors, while their unique line of fitness devices help support athletes at various levels and encourage customers across the world to maintain a healthier lifestyle.

The club looks forward to engaging with Garmin – whose European headquarters are found in Southampton – on a number of initiatives that will benefit each other and the city we share.

Gareth Rogers, Chief Executive Officer at Southampton Football Club, commented: “We are excited to be working with such a dynamic and progressive organisation as Garmin.

“Based in the same city but both recognised the world over, our shared values around innovation, performance and integrity offer the perfect foundation for a partnership.

“The formation of this partnership is another sign of the club’s continued commercial progression through collaboration with market-leading businesses.”

Dawn Ramsay, UK General Manager at Garmin, added: “Garmin is proud to be sponsoring the south coast’s premier football club – Southampton FC.

“As the Official Navigation Partner and Official Fitness Device Partner, we will be working closely with the club and we feel our ethos of encouraging healthy living through sport and active lifestyles works well with Saints’ culture.

“We are particularly impressed with the club’s commitment to training youngsters to become players of the future, supporting them in their goals and general wellbeing.

“By teaming up with Southampton, we hope to inspire football fans to see the benefits of a healthy, active way of life as well as enjoying the beautiful game.”
