Chaplow Makes Millwall Move

By SFC Media Fri 15 Mar Club

Richard Chaplow has joined npower Championship side Millwall on loan until Monday 13th May.

The Lions progressed to the semi-finals of this season's FA Cup earlier this week, and Chaplow will be eligible to feature for them against Wigan Athletic at Wembley next month.

The midfielder could make his debut for the south Londoners in their derby match at Charlton Athletic tomorrow, with 11 games still remaining in their league campaign.

28-year-old Chaplow has made three substitute appearances for Saints in the Premier League this season, as well as three starts in the Capital One Cup.

He links up with former St Mary's loanee Dany N'Guessan at the Den, having played alongside the Frenchman in the latter portion of the 2010-11 season as Saints won promotion from League 1.
