Young duo Jack Stephens and Calum Chambers have been called into the England Under-19 squad for the first time.
The pair – along with Luke Shaw – were on standby for this month's friendly against Germany, in which James Ward-Prowse made his U19 debut.
And they have now been named in Head Coach Noel Blake's 18-man squad for the First Qualifying Round of the UEFA European U19 Championship.
Next week Stephens and Chambers will fly out to Estonia, where the Young Lions play three qualifying games across the course of six days.
First up is the game against hosts Estonia on Wednesday 26th September (17:00 BST kick off) at Lilleküla Stadium.
Then comes a Friday afternoon fixture with the Faroe Islands two days later – kick off at Kadriorg is at 14:00 BST.
The trip is rounded off as England take on Ukraine on Monday 1st October at the same venue as their previous fixture, again with a 14:00 BST start time.
As a result of their call-ups, Jack and Calum look set to miss the Under-21s' games against Spurs and Stoke plus the Capital One Cup game against Sheffield Wednesday next Tuesday.
