Watch the first teams train at St Mary’s this Summer
Take your seat in the stands to watch the Southampton FC Men's and Women's First Teams prepare for our return to the Premier League.
Join us on August 1st as we welcome Southampton FC back to St Mary’s stadium to train in front of the fans.
The day kicks-off at 1:00pm, where we’ll have activities outside of the Kingsland. You’ll also get to enter the stadium at this time to enjoy food and drink and secure your seats early.
We’ll have our matchday presenter interviewing the team managers from 2pm, and the players will enter the pitch at 2:30pm.

Junior Signing Session
We’re also giving 150 season ticket holders or members the chance to meet our first teams at a Signing Session, taking place before Open Training (winners will be notified with exact timings).
