Update following issues with Saints Play broadcast for Hull

St Mary's/8O5A9762_2019040695914847_j0ojht

The club is aware that the quality of the broadcast during the first half of the match against Hull City on Saturday fell short of the standards to which we hold ourselves and, more importantly, of what our fans expect from us.

We're sorry for the inconvenience it has caused, and we're actively taking steps to fix these issues and prevent them from happening again. All affected fans will receive an email today confirming their refund. Money will be returned to their account within five working days, and you don't need to do anything. If you have not received an email, please reach out to us at [email protected].

We share your frustration, as there have been similar issues with our Saints Play streams this season. We're currently working with our providers IMG and StreamAMG to give fans a seamless streaming experience in the future.

Finally, we also know that some fans have experienced challenges when purchasing Saints Play passes via PayPal. While we work with our providers to resolve this issue on their end, we have limited payments to credit and debit cards only and will communicate to fans once PayPal is available again as a payment option.

Thank you to all Saints fans for their patience as we work through the initial challenges of our new streaming service, Saints Play.
