Patience key for Livramento return
Tino Livramento's minutes will continue to be monitored ahead of Sunday's Premier League finale for Southampton against Liverpool at St Mary's.
The 20-year-old featured for the final 20 minutes during the defeat at Brighton last weekend, making his return to the football field for the first time in 392 days.
Despite continuing to make positive strides in his recovery from injury, Southampton manager Rubén Sellés reiterated that now is not the time to rush the defender back to action.
"Tino will not play from the start due to his time restriction," said the manager when asked about team news ahead of Sunday's visit of Liverpool.
"He can play at least the same amount of minutes as he did against Brighton.
"[Mohammed] Salisu, Juan [Larios], Armel [Bella-Kotchap] and Ché [Adams] are definitley out. Paul [Onuachu] is a doubt with a back problem."
