Saints fielded an entirely Under-18s side as they progressed to the third round with a thrilling 4-2 victory over Cowes Sports FC back in September.
Calum McFarlane's young squad are expected to fulfil the fixture again as they face a short trip to Wessex Premier League side, AFC Stoneham.
'The Purps' beat division rivals Petersfield Town 6-0 in the first round of the competition before progressing with a home walkover against Sholing to draw Saints.

The hosts are anticipating a bumper crowd at the Stoneham Lane Football Complex, with fans requested to arrive in plenty of time to ease crowd congestion
