Saints add Reading and Bournemouth friendlies
Southampton Football Club’s Men’s First Team have added two further fixtures to their pre-season schedule, facing Reading and Bournemouth in July.
Russell Martin’s side will make the short trip to Berkshire to face the Royals on Saturday 22nd July (3pm BST) at the Select Car Leasing Stadium.
Taking place two weeks before the start of 2023/24 Championship campaign, Saints will test themselves against a Royals side looking to bounce back from relegation from the Championship in 2022/23.
Three days later, a return home will see south coast rivals Bournemouth visit St Mary’s Stadium on Tuesday 25th July (7.45pm BST), where fans will have the opportunity to watch Martin’s Saints for the first time in SO14.

On general sale from 9.30am on Wednesday 28th June
Bournemouth
Adults - £10 for Season Ticket holders during initial sales window (rising to £15 on general sale)
Under-18s: £5 for Season Ticket holders during initial sales window (rising to £10 on general sale)
Season Ticket holders able to purchase from the afternoon of Tuesday 4th July
