Safer gambling support available
We’re working with safer gambling organisation, Better Change, to help fans access advice and support.
Did you see our support of Safer Gambling Week 2023? If you did, you’ll know that we’ve planned some in-person and virtual support for our fans.
Firstly, Better Change, will be at St Mary’s Stadium for our match against Cardiff City on 2nd December. They will be positioned outside the Kingsland-North section of the ground and available to chat to you about managing a healthy relationship with gambling.

Another way that you can access support is with the cognitive behavioural therapy app: RecoverMe. For the 2023/24 season, Saints fans can access the help on this app for free using the promotional code RECOVERME100.
