Rowe nominated for Player of the Month
Southampton FC Women's Rachel Rowe has been nominated for the Barclays Women's Championship's September Player of the Month award.
Since arriving in the summer, the Welsh international has made a fine start to the season as Saints picked up seven points in their first four league games.
Rowe has slotted straight into the side with three assists in those opening four matches as an ever-present in the starting line-up.
Voting will end on Friday 11th October at 10am, with the official announcement set for 11am on Tuesday 15th October.
The rest of the September shortlist consists of Lily Crosthwaite (Durham), Elisha N’Dow (Charlton Athletic), and Lucy Quinn (Birmingham City).
