Refunds to be issued for Norwich streaming passes
We are aware of issues fans experienced with the video and audio streams of today’s match against Norwich City and will be issuing refunds to anyone who purchased a pass for either.
Our supplier is investigating the matter, with the aim of ensuring the problem is resolved for future games.
We sincerely apologise for the disappointment and inconvenience caused.
No action is required by fans to secure a refund, as these will be automatically issued to each purchaser.
Fans who have purchased individual game passes will be refunded in full and those with seasonal/monthly subscriptions will be refunded accordingly.
