Our Official Partnership with 8x8 continues

Global contact centre specialists, 8x8, have renewed as our Official Business Communications Partner.

8x8 became our Official Partner in February 2024, following the successful sponsorship of our home match against Bristol City in November 2023. You might remember seeing the 8x8 brand across press conferences, stadium advertising, competitions to win hospitality tickets, or our campaign to use their phone system to thank our fans (below).

We're pleased to announce that we will continue our partnership for the 2024-25 season, with 8x8 becoming our Official Business Communications Specialist.

8x8 are well established as one of the world's leading providers of business communication software. Here at Southampton Football Club, their contact centre solution is used by our staff across our ticket office, hospitality team, supporter services amongst other important points of contact across the business, helping us stay connected to our fans.

Our Director of IT, Huw Fielding, said: "8x8's contact centre solution is instrumental in helping our fans stay connected to the club. We deal with tens of thousands of calls per season and the software provided by 8x8 enables us to provide the best possible experience for our callers and our staff."
