Our new away kit for the 2023/24 season is now available online and in our stadium shop.
Created in partnership with hummel, which is celebrating its 100-year anniversary this season, the away shirt focuses on the two blue waves within the club crest.
Our 2023/24 season kits are all being launched under the campaign ‘For the Badge’ and each kit (home, away and third) celebrates a different element of our crest.
Taking inspiration from how close we are to the River Itchen, the city’s maritime history and the Southampton Docks, the white away shirt features a subtle striped ocean teal wave design. It’s matched with hummel’s iconic chevrons in ocean teal. On the reverse of the shirt, at the nape of the neck, sits the waves that surround our city.
The shirt is complete with ocean teal shorts, hummel’s iconic chevrons in white and ocean teal socks.
The away goalkeeper’s shirt is bright pink, with a striking stained glass window effect design. On the reverse of the shirt, at the nape of the neck proudly sits the halo. The kit is complete with pink shorts and socks, featuring the iconic hummel chevrons in white.
We’re fully committed to having a positive impact on the environment, as part of our dedicated sustainability strategy, The Halo Effect. The on-the-pitch and replica shirts have been produced using Eco8 material, made from fabric created using recycled plastic bottles. About eight recycled bottles go into every shirt and last season’s kit saved 167,664 bottles from landfill.
Check out the away kit launch video below – it features the local coastline, docklands and Southampton’s maritime heritage, giving an industrial feel. The still campaign also has an industrial look and feel, giving a nod to the Southampton docklands from a set and styling perspective, with players including Tino Livramento, James Bree, Paige Peake and Megan Collette. Like with the Saints Women’s home shirt, we’ll be selling a limited run of replica away shirts specifically for our Women’s team, which will proudly have Starling Bank on the front. You'll be able to buy these online and in the club shop very soon.

The 2023/24 away kit will be worn for the first time by the Men’s First Team at a behind-closed-doors friendly match against Benfica at St George’s Park on the 12th July and then again on the 15th July as we take on Goztepe S.K in Turkey.

Due to popular demand, if you want the Draper Tools logo added to the back of your 2023/24 Saints shirt, we’ll do that in-store for free – we recently announced a partnership with our iconic former sponsor to return on the back of our Men’s shirts and Women’s shorts for the new campaign*.
The club store will be open from 10am until 8pm each day between the 19th and 23rd July, to make it easier for you to pick up the new shirt after work.
*A couple of points to note before heading to our store – you can only get the Draper Tools logo printed on 2023/24 Saints shirts and Draper prints are unavailable on any Starling kits.
