Saints' Premier League 2 2023/24 fixtures announced
Southampton Under-21s will begin their Premier League 2 season with a trip to Newcastle United on Sunday 13th August.
Saints will take part in a restructured Premier League 2 format this season, defined as the 'Swiss model'.
The end result of this new-look league will see each side play 20 matches, followed by play-offs at the end of the campaign.
After a trip to Tyneside on opening day, Saints will then have back-to-back home matches against Aston Villa and Liverpool.
Saints' run-in, before any potential play-offs, sees away trips to Norwich and Chelsea either side of a home meeting with Nottingham Forest.
