Academy duo make Basingstoke loan moves
Southampton Football Club can confirm that Academy duo Josh Squires and Reggie Evans have joined Basingstoke Town FC on loan.
Squires had a loan spell earlier in the season with division rivals Salisbury FC, where he made a handful of key substitute cameos in a positive run of games.
The midfielder now makes the move from the title challengers to playoff chasing Basingstoke, where he will stay initially until January 2024.
18-year-old centre-back Evans also joins the Southern League South side on a short term loan deal.
The club wishes Josh and Reggie well for the duration of their loan spells.
