Academy duo head out on loan
Young forwards, Tommy-Lee Higgs and Harvey Woods, have joined Gosport Borough and AFC Totton on loan respectively.
The pair, who have both featured for the Under-18s side this season, head out to gain further experience both on and off the pitch in senior Men’s football.
Higgs has made five appearances in the U18 Premier League this campaign and scored one goal, an early opener in the 3-3 draw against Aston Villa. The 18-year-old joins Gosport Borough, who sit 11th in the Southern League Premier Division South.
Woods has made the move to the Snows Stadium to join Southern League Division One South side, AFC Totton, after making one appearance off the bench in the U18 Premier League during the 2022/23 season.
Both players will still be eligible to play for the Under-18s side for the duration of the deals.
The club wishes both Tommy-Lee and Harvey well for the duration of their loan spells and will be monitoring their progress during their time away.
