2024/25 Season Ticket and Stadium Development Update
We're delighted to announce some early Season Ticket news for the new home-fan-only experience in the Northam Stand, as part of plans for wide-ranging improvements to St Mary’s Stadium ahead of the 2024/25 season.
The most notable changes will see the introduction of a safe-standing area spanning the whole of the Northam Stand from blocks 38-48, the relocation of away fans to the Chapel / Kingsland corner and the Family Area moving to the Itchen / Chapel corner for our Under-14 family audience.
There will also be wider redevelopment of the St Mary’s site to improve the external areas and overall footprint of the stadium behind the Northam and Chapel stands. This work will transform these areas into fan parks, complete with outdoor entertainment space and more food and drinks options to enable you to have a greater matchday experience on site.
Early bird pricing in blocks 40-46
To celebrate the Northam Stand’s transformation into one of the largest safe-standing areas in the UK, we're delighted to announce a special early bird discounted price available for fans looking to buy a Season Ticket in blocks 40-46. We hope this offer will allow you to fill this area first and help the atmosphere of the stadium by having like-minded fans together in one place.
Priced at £499 for Adults, £449 for Over 65s, £349 for 18-25 year olds, £279 for Under 18s and just £199 for Under 14s, this guarantees fantastic value, as the discounted price will be honoured regardless of whether the team is in the Championship or Premier League next season.
The first phase of sale will begin Tuesday 23rd April for eligible current Season Ticket holders.
My current seat is impacted by changes, what happens next?
Starting next week, fans impacted by the stadium changes will be given windows to look at alternative seats. Everyone will be emailed directly with their key dates to make the process as easy as possible. We'll also make sure fans who are displaced due to stadium movement will get a priority window to move and select their own seats prior to the full on sale date. Fans will also be able to move to new areas in the current groups they sit with.
All other Season Ticket details, including pricing, will be released at the end of the season.
Season Ticket costs and payment plans
Prices across the stadium are likely to increase by 10-15% on average for the 2024/25 season following six years of price freezes for the majority of fans and an average 10% reduction last year.
These increases reflect the rising costs associated with operating the club on a day-to-day basis and allow us to continue to invest both on and off the pitch.
You can still spread the cost of a Season Ticket over a 10-month, interest free payment plan that will require no credit check - a service that helps make sure St Mary’s remains affordable and is used by over 40% of fans. Season Ticket holders who've built up credit on their account from using the Ticket Exchange can also use this credit to reduce their Season Ticket price.
